Facilities Management  – Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Routine Works

As part of our Facilities Management our PPM delivery ensures that all scheduled maintenance activities on plant or equipment is carried out to meet current industry standards, meeting legislative compliance, as well as manufacture warranties and recommendations, on time by experienced engineers. The PPM schedule will allow our engineers time to inspect, maintain and repair our client assets within the property on a programmed, periodic basis. The PPM is also used to pro-actively identify faults within these installations and once an error or fault occurs, established corrective measures will be implemented.

Our team of engineers are trained and qualified to deliver PPM works to your building, such as boiler maintenance, generators, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), fire alarms, CCTV, lifts, escalators, water treatment, portable appliance testing (PAT), fixed wiring testing and statutory testing.

All works scheduled will be carried out with minimum disruption to the client’s normal business operations. In the event that any works require full plant shut-down this will be coordinated in full consultation with our clients and be undertaken at an agreed time including out of hours as necessary.

Reactive Maintenance and Non-Routine Works

Even with Planned Maintenance carried out to best industry practice Electrical and Mechanical faults can occur at any time. With the provision of a site engineers and a team of mobile engineers familiar with the site, the majority of reactive, non-routine tasks can be dealt with promptly and by staff with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the plant and installations within the building and its environment.

Our Engineers are trained to deliver Reactive maintenance and repair works to your building, such as electrical wiring , lighting and power, boilers, generators, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), fire alarms, CCTV, and lifts.

All of our skilled engineers are equipped and trained to use our CAFM system via hand held devices so they can update jobs or complete them on the go. We also operate a 24/7 call out service so an engineer can attend to any fault at any time.
