COMPUTER AIDED FM
We have invested in and use information technology imaginatively to support our lean and agile approach to service delivery. That's why we've fully embraced the benefits of computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) allowing us to efficiently plan, execute and deliver our FM services.
CAFM allows our engineers to always be in-touch with the latest project and scheduling data, accessed via PDA or mobile phone, enabling them to prioritise tasks.
We've also embraced cloud and mobile technologies such as FSI Go, which offers our clients complete transparency via our client portal, where data and project status can be viewed at any time from their mobile phone.
