THE BRIEF
Knight Frank are a leading commercial property managing agent who RCL have worked with for the past five years. Aldwych House is their flagship manned site in a prime location in the centre of London. We were engaged to design and install full upgrades to the building.
OUR APPROACH
The premises have undergone significant fit out and upgrade works. As well as undertaking a substantial amount of these works, RCL have also been at the core of ensuring that works carried out by others are completed with the best interest of Knight Frank and the Landlord.
OUR SOLUTION
Initially, we provided full mechanical & electrical consultancy, working with other partners to ensure the vision for the building was realised within the engineering constraints. We then provided full mechanical and electrical engineering services and building fabric fit-out.
On completion of the works, we were engaged to provide maintenance via manned site service provision. We managed this using Riskwise and CAFM system integration, alongside the provision of a 24/7 full year Helpdesk facility.
