Paul has been the Managing Director since establishing RCL in 1997. Leading a project workforce in excess of 200 people with a direct hands-on approach, his positive attitude and passion for his work has resulted in the steady growth of RCL.
With over 25 years’ experience within the industry, Ray's vision and approach to doing things differently have been instrumental in ensuring the continued growth of RCL in both the construction and facilities management sectors.
Rob has been Technical Director at RCL since founding the company with co-director Paul Rolfe in 1997. Rob champions continued development to ensure that the business is at the forefront of all technical and non-technical advancements in the industry.
Anthony provides commercial management for RCL. As a Quantity Surveying Contractor with over 35 years of experience within the construction sector, engaged to oversee the commercial management of a broad range of construction and FM projects.

Gordon is an experienced and dedicated health, safety, environment, quality professional specialising in developing effective processes and procedures. His extensive knowledge with HSQE programmes, risk assessments and behavioural safety is invaluable.

Thomas has over 10 years’ experience within the construction sector delivering technically complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure works within the healthcare, education and highly regulated manufacturing sectors.
Senior FM Contracts Manager
Natasha has over 15 years’ experience within the FM industry and is pivotal in the bid and tender process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly during and after the mobilisation period. She is skilled at stakeholder management and is key to developing long lasting, trusted relationships with our clients.
FM Helpdesk Manager
With over 10 years’ experience, Melissa is well versed within the FM industry, working with both the public (Crown Commercial Services) and private sector clients. Day to day, Melissa manages the helpdesk team and supports the Senior Management team.
Projects Admin Manager
Sharnie has over 8 years experience gained within both the FM and project sectors. She currently manages the project administration team, overseeing projects from tender stage through to completion, working alongside public and private sector clients.
