Rolfe Contracting Limited is a UK based SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) providing FM and Project Services Solutions, to a nationwide client base covering over 60 sites, employing over 90 dedicated staff, delivering tailored services to suit our clients’ needs.
Since the company started in 1997 we have always aimed to deliver a complete building service, which continues today through the commitment of all RCL staff.
To meet the differing needs of our clients, we operate two divisions, each led by a senior Director and experienced professionals, and served by our own teams of directly employed, fully qualified tradesmen:

- Maintenance – providing self-delivered 24/7/365 maintenance services

Health, safety and environment
Health, safety and environmental management is driven by our HSEQC Manager. With regular updates, toolbox talks and audits of each site, along with membership and accreditation to Alcumus, CHAS, Considerate Constructors, Construction Line, NICEIC, Gas Safe, F-Gas, and BM TRADA, BSRIA, Avetta, Cyber Essentials Plus, Safe Contractor.
Within RCL, every individual is trained and encouraged to achieve continuous improvement in awareness and competency, reducing risk to themselves and those affected by their actions.
The company holds the following accreditations, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018.
All of our the management team and senior staff hold appropriate health and safety qualifications and the company retains the required certification including Gas Safe and NICEIC membership.
