Our extensive experience includes the installation of MRI / X-ray/CT scanners, generators and UPS, and refurbishment of associated accommodation.

DATA CENTRES, INDUSTRIAL & MANUFACTURING

The requirements of modern manufacturing buildings are varied and complex. We are an M&E biased main contractor and have extensive experience in supporting mission critical environments including data centres, building plant rooms and manufacturing.

Our experience in data centre design, build and refurbishment includes electrical infrastructure upgrades, HVAC installations to meet close control requirements and maintenance to ensure continued efficient running of equipment with zero downtime.

COMMERCIAL OFFICE

We have been designing, building and refurbishing commercial office spaces for over 20 years. We have grown from providing mechanical and electrical Cat A fit-outs and refurbishment services to now offering a broad spectrum of construction and facilities management services to a wide array of clients.

We understand the unique requirements of public buildings and have worked with several public sector organisations independently or through the CCS Framework to deliver projects within local government, education, justice, healthcare and emergency services.

We appreciate the need to deliver the best possible quality, in the most cost effective and time efficient way to ensure value for the public purse. To enable this we employ best practice in all that we do, coupled with a collaborative partnership approach.

EDUCATION

From new construction to refurbishment and fit-out, we have worked across the education spectrum including mainstream and special needs schools through to further and higher education colleges. It's a sector that RCL is proud to operate within, as we are keen to fulfil our commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and to contribute to wider society.

We have worked with a number of education establishments and employ in-house specialists who understand the unique challenges of delivering great design and high quality builds to create exciting, dynamic environments that will enhance the learning experience for generations of students.

We are active in the Priority Schools Building Programmes (PSPB) works programme and have delivered educational environments including classrooms, workshops, studios, laboratories, auditoriums and leisure facilities. We also have a wide knowledge of delivering special educational needs (SEN) adaptations for these environments.
