What We Do

Maintenance

RCL Maintenance is a planned and reactive service covering both Hard and Soft Services. With dedicated teams covering all main trades including:

Hard Services – electrical, mechanical, carpentry, drainage, heating, plumbing and general building works.

Soft Services – Front of House services, Reception and switchboard, Janitorial and cleaning.

The Facilities operation is administered and managed 24/7/365, by a dedicated team of helpdesk staff, RCL provide the Helpdesk solution through our CAFM system, Concept Evolution in conjunction with FSI Go (mobile App). Operating an emergency call-out service to minimise downtime and disruption for our customers and clients, with their aim to have our fully qualified, directly employed engineers on site to deal with any issues within an agreed timescale for all emergency callouts.

Rolfe Contracting Limited’s Projects is a multi-disciplined building service with dedicated teams of site managers, foremen, supervisors and site engineers carrying out a variety of new build and refurbishment works. From CAT A and CAT B fit outs, our portfolio of work is fresh and diverse. Our client base extends across every sector of industry including education, industrial, healthcare, historical, commercial and residential. When it comes to realising the expectations of our clients, the experience we’ve gained over the last 20 years has been invaluable.
