THE BRIEF

Knight Frank are a leading commercial property managing agent who RCL have worked with for the past five years. The Ray Building is a flagship new build property in a prime location in Clerkenwell, in the centre of London. With LinkedIn as the main tenant on the upper floors, the ground and lower floors comprise of mixed use, affordable workspace.

OUR APPROACH

We provide ongoing mechanical and engineering and building maintenance to a standard befitting the environment. The client has also entrusted us with ensuring that works carried out by third party contractors are also completed to a high standard, using best practice and with the best interest of Knight Frank and the Landlord in mind.

OUR SOLUTION

We provide full mechanical & electrical consultancy and construction and engineering services, including design and build, refurbishment and building fabric fit-out. Where we engage third party contractors, we manage these partners to ensure works are delivered to the exacting standards of our client.

We also provide maintenance via manned site service provision, using Riskwise and CAFM systems, alongside a 24/7 full year Helpdesk facility.
