OUR APPROACH
RCL have been providing M&E services to this prestigious organisation for the past four years. The provision of a service with Health & Safety and student welfare at its core has been critical.

We provide ongoing support for all aspects of the building's mechanical & electrical and building fabric, with a managed maintenance programme via manned site service provision.
The services that we provide are varied, ensuring that the school remains a pleasant and safe environment for staff and pupils alike. As an education establishment, the service provision includes the application of a robust and bespoke H&S management system (L8, asbestos management and so on).
An ongoing programme of M&E consultancy and M&E building and fit-out ensures that the environment is maintained to a high standard and our dedicated 24/7 full year Helpdesk facility ensures that any maintenance issues can be reported, planned and implemented quickly and efficiently.
