Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP are an international law firm and we have provided their facilities management services for over 10 years at their prestigious UK head office, with a dedicated engineer on site weekly.
OUR SOLUTION
We provide a full range of facilities management services including soft and hard services. Our preventative maintenance programme ensures that the building operations are optimised at all times and includes Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance, Specialist Services Maintenance and Building Fabric Maintenance.
To ensure our client remains fully compliant at all timnes we run regular Statutory and Public Health inspections and a 24/7 full year Helpdesk facility.
As well as full facilities management services, we provide M&E and fit-out projects when required.
