Refurbishment of headquarters in the iconic ‘walkie talkie’ building

RCL are currently engaged by our client, RSA for refurbishment and dilapidations of their headquarters located in the iconic London landmark, 20 Fenchurch Street - otherwise known as the ‘walkie talkie’ building.

The refurbishment and dilapidations is across three floors and will return to a category A and sub tenant condition.

Work includes the installation of fire detection and protection systems, the separation of floors for sub tenant occupation and the decommissioning of a basement data centre.

The project is being managed under strict noise and dust constraints and must adhere to stringent building protocols and management procedures. Delivery is under an accelerated programme due to the Landlord’s tenancy agreements.
