We are pleased to be working with SOFEA, a registered charity who provide education, employability and wellbeing programmes for vulnerable youngsters, at their sites in Didcot and Bletchley.
Our support included providing decorating assistance for their sites as well as assistance with site compliance.
We also installed office furniture which was kindly donated by our clients RWM and IPSL.
SOFEA focusses on enabling young people to transform their lives, and their communities, with work, wellbeing and study.
Young people are helped to develop work skills including employability, skill building, work experience, volunteering, and employment through social enterprises. They are also helped on the academic side with study for mathematics and English, as well as other subjects spanning a broader curriculum. SOFEA also supports their wellbeing, which spans help with food, social prescribing, mental health support, coaching, mentoring, behavioural change, sport, and social interaction.
