Can I talk to your other clients?

Yes, that’s a good idea. RCL is really open to this, we will arrange site visits to other client premises to see services in action, then you can to talk to these clients and key stakeholders and share experiences.

How do I ensure that you will buy into our strategy?

This will only happen if we work closely with your strategic management teams’ from the outset to gain an in-depth understanding of your organisation, and objectives. RCL will work in partnership with you to achieve this – but don’t assume that everyone will.

Can I continue to use my existing suppliers?

RCL has a great, approved, fully vetted Preferred Supplier List (PSL) and works with partners and suppliers from all sectors. We recognise that the diversity of our client base means that from time to time it is necessary to work with existing suppliers and on these occasions existing suppliers should expect to be audited and approved like any other, with all aspects of control in place to make sure they meet all the right criteria.

Collaboration, customer focus, trust, open and honest dialogue and transparency are all critical factors in relationships. Along with a strong focus on key deliverables and measurable KPIs – with robust processes and procedures in place to deliver the required services, but with flexibility and scalability to adapt to your requirements.

How often will I see my contract manager?

Our Contract Managers attend site on a regular basis. We will also provide a structured governance calendar that includes all the fixed monthly and quarterly site visits and business review meetings.

RCL look for innovations, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement and a real understanding of what’s important to you, and we act on it.

How quickly can you mobilise?

Government guidelines on TUPE normally mean a minimum of 30 days, however services without TUPE transfers can be faster. RCL provides a structured mobilisation timeline based on proven track record of success. Depending on the size of the contract RCL can mobilise in 30 days or less, but recognise that some client facilities are large and complex therefore mobilisation can take longer. It all depends on the specific requirements and the balancing of governance, size, TUPE, risk and management.

How much time can I save?

RCL take ownership of contracts so that you can concentrate on your core business whilst still closely monitoring performance, we find that this can be one of the biggest benefits of all. Stepping away from the day-to-day operation means you can concentrate on more strategic issues.

What is your geographical coverage?

RCL can cover the majority of the UK, however in some cases it is dependent on the size of the contract.
